Delivering an all-encompassing commercial strategy event for the hospitality industry, HSMAI ROC ME 21 will once again gather leading hospitality professionals responsible for revenue optimization for International and independent brands, management companies and ownership groups for all types of hospitality establishments.
ROC brings together influential leaders and hospitality professionals from Revenue, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management roles to unite for education, collaboration, and innovation. There has never been a greater need to gather around these pillars to be at the forefront of our continually changing industry.
For the 2nd year, ROC will be delivered as a Hybrid event enabling colleagues near & far the opportunity to engage directly and contribute to the discussion on-line as a virtual attendee or in person at the venue.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received four weeks prior to the conference will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee for In-Person and $50 for Virtual.
- Cancellations received between four and one week out are entitled to a 50% refund, or 100% roll-over to the 2022 conference.
- Cancellations received within one week will not be refunded, except in the case of a medical emergency (including if you are required to quarantine due to covid exposure). The transferring of a registration to a colleague is free of charge, and must be requested in writing.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to jean@hsmaime.org.
Confirmation
When you register, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 3 business days, please contact jean@hsmaime.org
Substitution Policy
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to jean@hsmaime.org. No Onsite transfer is permitted due to DTCM requirements. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Hotel Group Pricing
Hotel companies can enjoy significant savings on ROC registration when they sign up Ten (10) or more people from the same company, please contact jean@hsmaime.org
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, HSMAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by HSMAI.
