The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) stands as an alliance uniting professionals in sales, marketing, and revenue management and distribution across diverse sectors within the hospitality industry globally. Established in the United States in 1927, HSMAI operates as an individual membership organization, boasting a membership base of nearly 5,000 individuals hailing from 35 countries and chapters worldwide.
Internationally, HSMAI functions through regional boards of directors and staff, spanning fivekey regions: the Americas, LATAM, Europe, APAC and the Middle East & Africa. Each region offers distinctive programs and services tailored to association members. The organization is governed by a Global board, comprising delegates from each region.
