Kim Iskandar | Managing Director
With over 25 years of experience at Hilton, spanning operations, brand, and commercial strategy, Kim Iskandar has built deep expertise across diverse markets and teams. She currently leads inclusive learning initiatives as Head of Education at the Ana Elmasry Foundation, empowering individuals and communities through education and skill-building.
Kim joins HSMAI as Volunteer Managing Director, spearheading the launch of the Egypt chapter alongside the HSMAI Egypt Advisory Board to advance professional development, thought leadership, and commercial excellence.

Steering Advisory Board
The Advisory Board guides HSMAI Egypt’s strategy, ensuring our initiatives reflect industry needs in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. Acting as a working group, they curate plans, deliver key activities, and foster collaboration across the hospitality community. Through their expertise, the board drives membership, partnerships, and thought leadership — creating impactful, market-relevant solutions that strengthen HSMAI’s role in Egypt.
HSMAI Egypt Chapter Launch




Officially launched in October 2025, HSMAI Egypt marks a new chapter for the country’s hospitality sector. The chapter will deliver a robust calendar of educational and social events, foster best-practice sharing, and champion commercial leadership across sales, marketing, and revenue disciplines.
Kim Iskandar, Managing Director of HSMAI Egypt, highlighted the chapter’s mission to empower hospitality professionals with the commercial expertise required to compete on a global stage. The launch also introduced the inaugural Advisory Board, featuring industry leaders from leading international hotel brands, with broader national representation to be added as the chapter continues to grow its leadership community.
