Course Overview

While the CRME certification and its online preparation pathway are traditionally positioned for experienced revenue leaders, this in-person review class is intentionally designed to make the certification accessible earlier in a professional’s career.

The course provides structured, face-to-face preparation for revenue professionals, cross-discipline commercial team members, and aspiring leaders who want guided learning rather than independent self-study. It bridges the gap between operational revenue execution and strategic commercial thinking, helping participants progress from “doing revenue tasks” to understanding the commercial impact behind them.

LI HAWKINS, CRME, CHDM, CHBA

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, performing numerous roles across Australia & NZ, Middle East, Africa & Turkey as Commercial Director, Director of Operations, and Director of New Projects.  After project managing the opening of more than 15 hotels and hotel apartments, Li turned to Asset Management and owner advisory services managing a portfolio of hospitality assets across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation, collaboration, and integrity, Li joined the world of consulting with Insight Out as Managing Director, bringing a holistic approach to business solutions for hospitality entities.

TIINA-MAIJA BERGMAN, CRME

Tiina-Maija is a regional hospitality guru, having worked in the field in the Middle East and Africa since 1995. A native of Finland, she holds a BSc in Hotel & Tourism Management, and is a certified Coach and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Her skills and experience are an integral part of the Insight | Out team, where she focuses on Revenue Management and Commercial Advisory services, including reviews and commercial support, operational process enhancement, workshop facilitation, and market research and analysis.
