Next Power-Up Event
The Power-Up session on 19 May will explore the evolving commercial landscape of Egypt’s hospitality industry, bringing together professionals to discuss key topics such as rate positioning, wholesale dynamics, channel strategy, revenue management fundamentals, and the growing role of AI and automation in pricing and forecasting.
Building on these themes, and in light of the current regional instability, the session will also address “Revenue Management in Times of Crisis”. Here, participants will explore how shifts in demand patterns during periods of uncertainty can act as a catalyst for rethinking and reshaping commercial strategy in the mid to longer term. The discussion will highlight how commercial teams can respond with agility, protect demand, and make informed decisions in rapidly changing market conditions, while also positioning their organizations for resilience and growth once stability returns.
The session will combine an expert panel discussion, an interactive workshop including live polling, a dynamic revenue hot seat, and a “case study card” exercise, where participants work in pairs to analyze different hotel scenarios and propose revenue strategies. Designed to move beyond theory, Power Up provides practical insights, peer exchange, and actionable ideas that participants can immediately apply within their current role, while also creating a valuable space for industry connection and knowledge exchange.
