About ROC
For more than 15 years, HSMAI’s Revenue Optimization Conference (ROC) has been the place where hotel revenue leaders in USA, Europe and APAC unite for education, collaboration, and innovation. Every year this conference delivers the most compelling and comprehensive revenue-management event for the industry, with key stakeholders coming together to address the most critical trends affecting their region and revenue management in hotels today. With powerful educational and networking opportunities, ROC is the can’t-miss conference of the year for learning and engagement. It’s where senior leaders in hotel revenue management connect and engage in meaningful, thought-provoking conversations about the most important strategic issues facing the business.
ROC will help you anticipate and respond to headwinds — and identify new opportunities — by aligning your sales, marketing, and revenue-management efforts, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of hospitality technology, driving profit throughout the customer journey, and serving as the voice of revenue leadership in your organization.
