Alain: Every morning, I am inspired by the opportunity to learn and grow. Whether it’s through taking on new challenges at work, expanding my knowledge and skills, or simply making the most of each day, I am driven to be the best version of myself and make a positive impact in the world.

Q2. WHAT DOES A DAY IN YOUR WORK LIFE CONSIST OF?

A typical day in my work life is focused on productivity and making the most of each moment. I start the day by prioritizing my tasks and responsibilities, and then I dive into my work, tackling each task with determination and focus. I take breaks as needed to recharge, and I spend time communicating with my colleagues and collaborating on projects. Throughout the day, I strive to stay organized, stay on top of my schedule, and continuously improve my work. At the end of the day, I reflect on my accomplishments and plan for the next day.

Q3. WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?

As a Marketing Manager, the best thing about my job is the creativity and strategic thinking it allows. I love being able to develop innovative marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive business results. I also enjoy the challenge of analyzing data and using insights to inform my decision-making and adjust my strategies as needed. But most of all, I love seeing the impact of my work and knowing that I am making a difference for the company and its customers.

Q4. WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN ROC 2022?

I was motivated to participate in ROC 2022 because I saw it as a unique opportunity to network with industry leaders and learn from some of the best in the business. The fact that my vice president was also participating was a strong incentive, and the opportunity to connect with participants from big international chains was incredibly exciting.

I saw ROC 2022 as a chance to not only expand my knowledge and skills, but also to build valuable relationships and gain a fresh perspective on my work.

Q5. IS THERE A BOOK OR PODCAST THAT RECENTLY ENCOURAGED YOU AND THAT YOU WOULD RECOMMEND?

Yes, there is a book that recently encouraged me and that I would highly recommend. It’s called ‘Surrounded by Idiots: The Four Types of Human Behavior and How to Effectively Communicate with Each in Business (and in Life)’ by Thomas Erikson. This book provides a fresh perspective on communication and offers insights into how to navigate different personality types in the workplace and in life.

It has helped me to better understand my own communication style and the styles of others, and I have found it to be incredibly practical and actionable. If you’re looking to improve your  communication skills, I would definitely recommend giving this book a read.

Q6. WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO RECEIVE THIS AWARD?

Receiving the ROC Star Award is a tremendous honor for me. It represents all of the hard work, dedication, and passion that I have put into my work, and it serves as a recognition of my achievements. To me, it is a testament to the impact that I have made in my role and the difference that I have been able to make for my team and my organization. The award also represents the support and encouragement of my colleagues and superiors, who have believed in me and pushed me to reach my full potential. Receiving the ROC Star Award is a defining moment in my career, and I will cherish it always

Yes, receiving the ROC Star Award has helped me get recognized within my organization. It has elevated my profile and allowed me to showcase my achievements and contributions to the company. The award has provided me with opportunities to network with other high-performing individuals, and it has helped me to build relationships with key stakeholders
across the organization. Furthermore, the award has given me a platform to share my ideas and insights with a wider audience, and it has helped me to further establish myself as a thought leader in my field. Overall, receiving the ROC Star Award has had a significant impact on my career and has helped me to get recognized as a top performer in my organization.

Ayman:  It’s a strategic job, thinking ahead, and the most important thing is it’s not a routine job, every day I am gaining new experience.

Support the team to deliver memorable experiences to our guests, in addition to planning ahead for the next day.
