In-Person Certified in Hospitality Business Acumen (CHBA)

Led by Heidi Anaya, Head of Education at Russell Partnership, the CHBA program offers a unique learning experience. Participants will step into the shoes of a Hotel General Manager, facing real-time decisions on pricing strategies, marketing and advertising campaigns, staffing needs, and capital investments within a competitive set of properties. This immersive 12-month business cycle simulation will provide invaluable insights and skills.
